Be My Translator app for iPhone and iPad

Be My Translator (BMT) is an innovative app that quickly connects translators and those who need translation through video calls*.

Language barriers can present real obstacles when teaching a lesson, engaging in conversations on the street, or participating in meetings with individuals who speak different languages. Be My Translator solves this by facilitating on-the-fly, live person-to-person translation sessions on your phone.

Are you in a situation where you need a translator right away? Get your live translator anywhere with just 3 simple taps: Select your language, the language you want translation into, and press submit. Once a translator answers, youll be connected via voice and (optionally) video.

Can you interpret? Add your translation-abilities to your profile on BMT. When someone requests translation help that fits your profile, youll get a notification to answer the call. If youre busy, no worries — the next translator can answer it. Remember: Many are called, but few are chosen.
